I missed my flight today!
Today is Saturday. I was SURE that I was supposed to fly back to Halifax tomorrow - Sunday. So sure that I never even looked at my itinerary all week. Mum asked me several times what time my flight was on Sunday, and I always said, "I'm not sure, I'll check later."
Guess I should've checked when she asked, huh? GOD, I'm so dumb. I've NEVER done that before. In all the flights I've taken this year, I've never once even cut it close, let alone missed one completely.
So now I have to take a flight on Sunday that leaves at 8pm and gets me into Halifax at 2am. AND I have to pay out of my pocket an extra $151 for the privilege. *sigh* Not to mention having to get up early Monday morning to go to New Minas. At least someone else will be driving so I can doze on the way.
Sheesh.
