Sunday Sunday

There's no Sunday shopping in Nova Scotia. Well, you can buy stuff if you need to, as pharmacies and a few other types of businesses are allowed to open. Last weekend, Sunday was a gorgeous sunny day with not a cloud in the sky. This weekend, it's gloomy and gray, and I'll probably stick close to home.

A lot of the snow that fell during the big storm on Wednesday has already melted. I noticed the pile of snow in the yard was at least 6 or 8 inches higher than the trunk of my car. Now it's 3 or 4 inches lower. It'll continue going down today, as the temp is supposed to go up to 10 degrees. TEN degrees!! It's February 5 and it's 10 degrees outside! Wow. And we may get some thunderstorms today. That's insane lol.

I took a couple of pics of the view from my little suite yesterday. Doesn't look like much, I know. I was too lazy to go outside and take pics of the house I live in, but I'll do that another time - it'll give me an excuse to add photos to another blog! lol.

Today will be a lazy day at home. I'd thought I might go for a drive somewhere - Cole Harbour, maybe - but it's too blech outside to venture out.

I'm pleased to say I'm managing to keep my little nest neat and tidy so far. That's an accomplishment for me, believe me. I'm *not* a good housekeeper. But if I couldn't keep this place tidy, there would be something seriously wrong.

Well, I don't really have much to say today, it seems! I won't ramble longer. Perhaps I'll be more inspired later on.
